Job Description

Hiring new Team Members for our Allstate Insurance Agency in Cottonwood Heights. Looking for dynamic people to join our team to sell home and auto insurance. Salary, commissions, and bonuses. Our top agents make up to $70K/year however earning potential is unlimited. Normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. closed for holidays & weekends. My agencies are very successful and so are my agents. I provide all of the tools and training that an agent needs to be successful. As an agent within my agency your opportunities are limitless.

Job Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Strong communication and negotiation skills a plus
• Previous work experience in sales and marketing

Computer skills & typing required

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on requests for insurance via telephone, email, business text, and in-person at office
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and complete sales
• Document each customer contact in agency management system
• Meet new business production goals and objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base Salary, commissions, medical insurance and bonuses.
