Fidelity Mechanical Services, a premier provider of Mechanical HVAC design, installation, and service in the MidAtlantic region is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Sparks, MD!

This position is responsible for promoting Fidelity Mechanical’s value proposition to building owners and the property management community by providing business and technical solutions. Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within the Baltimore, Maryland territory
• Sell commercial HVAC projects ranging from $5k - $2MM for our Tenant Improvement Team
• Visit job sites and meet with customers to evaluate projects for pricing
• Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and present to the customer, negotiate terms of the sale
• Monitor quality of service being provided to our customer base

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related sales experience, commercial mechanical sales experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a solid work ethic
• The ability to identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high volume of work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency performing duties
• Must have ability to legally operate Motor Vehicle with a clean driving record
