Compensation is Weekly Salary + Monthly Commission (no cap on commissions) + Monthly Bonuses for Agreements Signed

Salary maximum is $50,000 with the right sales experience however; with commissions and bonuses their is potential for 100K a year!

The Sales Representative will be provided the opportunity to grow their sales career and control their financial opportunity through developing new business in a designated territory

RESPONSIBILITIES

· The BDSR will cultivate new business through cold calling, follow-up calls, creative marketing for target customers, networking, and referrals.

• The BDSR will deliver sales presentations to potential customers
• The BDSR will maintain a professional and positive working relationship with customers and our internal staff members
• The BDSR will continually research the marketplace to discover new potential customers
• The BDSR must achieve sales performance objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 7 years of a clean driving record, valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Background Check and Drug Screen required

DESIRED

· Some sales experience, B+B Preferred but not required

· Bachelors (not required)

CHARACTERISTICS

• Self-motivated, outgoing, with excellent communication skills displaying professional etiquette both verbal and written
• Responds well to pressure and maintains positive demeanor while working with employees, staff, and customer
• Prioritizes tasks and is flexible to ever-changing demands of sales development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
