*Washington and Oregon Location Required*
Compensation: $50k Base + Commissions with no cap (On Target Earnings = $65k)
Availability: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Remote role but must live in Oregon or Washington.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, identify and proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, social media, etc. to qualify and schedule appointments with our Account Managers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop a territory strategy and achieve team growth goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and account managers to develop messaging and execute outreach campaigns that resonate with our ideal clients.
- Accurately record all prospect/client interactions.
- Follow through with prospects in your pipeline in a timely, thoughtful, and engaging way.
Qualifications:
- 1-year experience in an outbound prospecting role preferred.
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
- Creative problem solver.
- High level of ambition with true entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to handle and bounce back from rejection.
- Self-directed time-management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability or aptitude to research and target ideal potential clients.
- Driven to reach goals.
- Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office programs, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, video conferencing).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Desire for continual improvement by engaging in consistent training, development, and coaching with a growth mindset.
