Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting The Home Depot Sales team on projects, price shops, customer service, THD Dot Com, and office administration. Position requires good analytical skills and an individual that is a self-starter and a team player. Excel, PowerPoint, and all Microsoft office products essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Home Depot project coordination – project communication, execution, assist in photo audits and planogram updates
  • Coordination of weekly and quarterly price shops
  • Innovation center coordination and process
  • Show meeting and training planner
  • Manage day-to-day for THD.com – IDM, Merchlink, promotions, and Seed coordination
  • Maintain positive working relations with customer service & supply chain departments
  • Work with the sales team on new opportunities
  • Generate weekly project reports for management
  • Office Supply and general office management
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years experience as a sales assistant or customer service
Skills & Abilities
  • Computer literate, intermediate level with Microsoft Suite: Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Professional communication skills both oral and written
  • Understanding of Home Depot systems, Vendor drill, Vendor Portal, and Askuity a plus
Travel
  • Minimal travel - mostly local to THD Innovation center and THD corporate
