Personal Lines Account Manager

Description:

Lore Insurance Group is pleased to announce that due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing superior, professional and friendly service to our client’s and prospects by responding to their inquiries, addressing their needs, and matching them to the products or services the agency offers.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and service of an assigned a book of personal lines insurance.
• Review and recommend insurance coverages to prospects or clients while providing a detailed explanation of automobile and homeowner’s insurance coverages to clients.
• Account round and cross selling to existing clients.
• Report and facilitate insurance claims by working with the client and insurance company.
• Assist clients with insurance premium payments and billing.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years personal insurance customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual English and Spanish is a plus. A High School Diploma or equivalent is also required.
• A working knowledge of automobile and homeowner’s insurance policy coverages.
• Strong computer skills including experience working with insurance rating and agency management software.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office also required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
