Job Description:
Qualifies leads and generates quotations based on customer inquiries or at the direction of Account Managers or other internal customers. Solicits orders for products or services over the telephone by performing the following duties.
· Calls prospective customers in to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
· Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
· Generates Sales quotations for Phoenix Reman and Tucson Reman facilities and follows up with customers.
· Secures and places orders with others for filling and arranges delivery date.
· Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into CRM system.
· Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
· Qualifies prospects from unsolicited inquiries from third party brokers.
· Prepares report on sales activities.

Education and/or Experience
· Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the apparatus repair business.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
· Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Physical Demands
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
· The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
· The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Work Environment
· While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
· The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Pay: $52,922.00 - $60,376.00 per year
