Full description of the position

A Typical Work Week

• Working closely with the TwoTone Creative team to identify, develop, and implement sales strategies
• Assisting with ideation and creation of sales processes and materials, such as marketing funnels, case studies, sales collateral, and presentations
• Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business opportunities
• Maintaining close communications with prospects to close sales and promote client retention
• Serving as TwoTone Creative’s expert on the most effective and efficient CRM systems, marketing automation integration concepts, and best practices
• Developing and proofing client proposals and presentations
• Tracking progress and results by recording prospect interactions and goal attainment in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for scale and growth
• Maintaining TwoTone Creative’s client database
• Providing administrative support to project managers
• Organizing market research

Required Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or related position
• Able to navigate database software, including CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and with correct grammar
• Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits
• Uses good judgment and works with integrity
• Works independently and quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
• Punctual and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
