Responsibilities of this role?
- Target and prospect new opportunities using strategic communication at a high level
- Deliver a compelling message as to how you can improve customer’s operations
- Understand the needs and successes in the marketplace
- Closing of new accounts
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Scorecard Management
- Win day-to-day opportunities as well as long term RFPs
- QBR’s and occasional customer visits.
- Exceed KPI’s in the role of outbound activity, account acquisition and revenue growth
- Problem solve with a focus on critical conversation
- Gain familiarity with PTI’s freight network and build volume to support needs.
Education and skills requirements:
- Degree in Business Management/Business Administration/Communications or similar preferred
- At least 2-3 years in transportation/logistics/supply chain sales
