Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Mechanical Engineer/Preconstruction Sales Manager to join the Mechanical Division of our client, who specializes in mechanical, architectural, laser and HVAC installation, fabrication and repairs and is located in Clackamas, Oregon.

• You will be responsible for leading the Mechanical Sales team and providing pre-construction services and conceptual design assist. The position will also require a key focus on creating, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with customers both new and current.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum 5+ years required with sheet metal, HVAC, and/or construction background which includes 2 years of sales and 2 years of leadership experience.
• Working knowledge on mechanical system operations.
• Ability to provide high – level mechanical budgets.
• Ability to accurately estimate mechanical scope of work.
• Effective verbal and listening communication and seek to understand.
• Desire and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills with the ability to be creative and collaborative in approach.
• Strong people & team building skills.
• Attention to detail with proven history of accuracy and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, excel spreadsheet, word processing, and Smartsheet.

DETAILS

• $111,000 - $150,000/yr to start (depending on experience)
• Direct Hire
• Full benefits and bonuses
• 7:00am or 8:00am start time usually
