Full description of the position
Responsibilities for Sales Manager
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Effectively communicate team goals using a data driven approach
- Gather sales lead data from PPC, SEO and B2B
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Creating and Managing pipeline of commercial clients, property management groups and managers who need commercial snow removal services.
- Commercial Snow Removal
- Become the person they rely on to solve their problems or assist them in solving issues.
- Personally, coordinate and supervise small to mid-size tenant and commercial project(s).
- Prepare Budgets, Cost Estimates, Schedules, and Paperwork
- Prepare Estimates, Contracts and Project Proposals either personally or with Project Manager and present to our customer.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety laws as well as legal requirements.
- Oversee and manage the Change Order Process
- Oversee and manage the RFI Process
- Explain contract and technical matters in a consistent and timely manner
Qualifications for Sales Manager
- 5+ years of experience in sales with a consistent track record for meeting high goals
- Experience leading a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Communicate team goals
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Netsuite and others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
