Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and engage with customers as they arrive and ask questions to understand their needs
• Make vehicle recommendations based on the customer’s needs
• Perform high-quality and professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages and the latest technology
• Provide an exceptional experience to foster loyalty with our customers
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Experience with the Hyundai brand is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven to achieve sales goals
• Experience with listening to and overcoming customer objections is helpful
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings & Saturdays
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
