SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee multiple customers’ books of business, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide sales support. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, organized, and has the ability to be both detail-oriented and work with a sense of urgency. Someone who is proactive, shows initiative, and is excited to be empowered and included in business goals/plans will have ample opportunity for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and rapport with customers
• Develop and grow existing customer accounts
• Maintain relationships and contact with key vendors
• Quoting solar material and order processing
• Coordinating logistics to customer and process returns
• Cross training in warehouse and purchasing
• Keep up with the rapidly changing solar industry and technology

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent customer service, eager to learn, positive attitude
• Sales, marketing, customer service or related experience preferred
• Solar product knowledge a plus, however training is provided
• Enjoy working in a collaborative workplace driven by dedication to our ever-expanding alternative energy future

Pay: $45,000-60,000
