COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER – FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Storti Insurance is an independent insurance agency that represents the Erie Insurance Group. We offer a variety of insurance packages for families, individuals and commercial ventures.

Storti Insurance is seeking a licensed insurance agent to join our team as a part-time Commercial Lines Account Manager. Applicants must be friendly, detailed oriented and dedicated to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Quoting; Servicing; Writing

• Processing new and renewal business
• Handles audits, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
• Ensures all renewals produced meet agency standards
• Cross-selling products as appropriate
• Claim reporting
• Maintaining working relationship with existing clients
• Informs and educates clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance coverage needs

Required Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 2+ years experience in Commercial Lines Insurance (including a solid understanding of insurance products, pricing tools, terms and coverage)
• High degree of professionalism and the ability to work in a multi-task environment with a team-player attitude
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Ability to interact with agency clients in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule:

• Full Time - Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5pm Hybrid Work Schedule
• Part Time - 3 to 5 days a week, schedule is flexible and there is opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
