About us

Established top dental practice seeking a talented team member to join our front office team. We seek a full-time Treatment Coordinator to coordinate, integrate, and represent all facets of patient services. Meet and greet our patients and make them feel welcome. Help patients understand their treatment plans and help them to move forward, and arrange financingfor them if necessary.

This is partially a sales position with a significant commission plus salary. We only sell services to people that need dental treatment, and we never sell anything to anyone that is not required. So this is a soft sell position.

We are searching for an outgoing, charismatic, enthusiastic, positive, patient-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Previous sales and or dental experience is preferred.

Great pay based on experience! $25-$32 hour plus significant commissions. Excellent medical insurance, dental, 401K with substantial company match. Vacation and paid time off.

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparation and presentation of diagnosed treatment

Help patients understand their treatment plans

Follow up with patients to help them to move forward with treatment

Help arrange financing for patients when needed

Manage Outstanding Treatment Plans

Help schedule hygiene and Doctors to a production goal

Updating and managing patient records

Daily chart audit

Posting payments

Schedule management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
