Full description of the position

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Essential Duties

• Maintain knowledge of merchandise available including prices, colors, or other varieties.
• Ensure accurate handling of money from completed sales.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually pleasing store.
• Deal with issues arising from staff or customers in a sensitive and professional manner.
• Product management including, but not limited to, maintaining stock rooms, inventory and displays.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Create a visually appealing store through excellent service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Help customers on sales floor as needed with a fast, friendly attitude.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts.

Physical Requirements

• Walk, lift, reach, stoop, sit, squat, bend, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and type for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours
