CFS is hiring a Sales / Business Development Manager focused on creating relationships and gaining and maintaining clients as the “face” of CFS in the Denver Metro area. We provide top tier accounting, finance, and IT talent to our clients through a matchmaking process. Every business needs accounting and IT, so your possibilities are endless!

The Position:

  • Sales role is focused on creating relationships and gaining clients as the “face” of CFS
  • Connect with hiring managers to learn about their company and explain how CFS can help
  • Uncover job opportunities and find out exactly what clients need in a new employee
  • Collaborate with the recruiters on your team to find the best possible candidate for each job
  • Follow up with clients—resolve any questions/concerns and continue building the relationship

Ideal Fit:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Loves sales—the thrill of the hunt, negotiating, closing the deal-and wants to sell
  • Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels in an organization
  • Good at connecting on social media and via email, but even better at picking up the phone and making things happen
  • Likes to manage her/his/their work like it is her/his/their own business
  • Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Good sense of humor
