Position: Account Manager and Sale Support Engineer

The prospective candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be able to read technical 2D and 3D drawings. Must be willing and able to research customers and vendors to identify the best fit based on company needs and cost competitiveness.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Technical sales support to sales team and colleagues
• Able to help sales team to identify opportunities
• Able to help sales team on negotiating with customers to close sales order
• Manage relationship with customers
• Able to negotiate pricing with vendors/suppliers
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor production schedule and track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

The qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of working experience
• Multitasking skills
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
• Proven working experience in project management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
