Envision Healthcare at Home is seeking a full-time Account Executive (Community Liaison) for our home care office in Salt Lake County, Utah. This position will market to key referral sources within Salt Lake City, West Valley City, West Jordan, Sandy, South Jordan and surrounding areas.
The Community Liaison / Account Manager is a key position within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing Medicare and Managed Care admissions for Envision Home Health and Hospice
- Develop and implement both business-building and relationship-building strategies for identified high opportunity accounts within an assigned geographical territory.
- Generate appropriate patient referrals/admissions from accounts and continue to grow the number of referrals/admissions over time by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources in the community.
- Ensuring patient satisfaction while developing business growth
- Actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance and branding of the company as the "Optimal Choice" for Home Health and Hospice needs throughout the territory.
- Representing Envision and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner and maintain standards of high quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales/marketing experience preferably within home care, home health or hospice but not required
- Willingness to participate in community events/job fairs etc. that may be outside of normal business hours
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources in the territory to promote business development.
- Demonstrated history of positive sales results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
- Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
- Ability to be creative and "think outside the box" and have fun doing so
- Must be willing and/or able to comply with the state/federal Covid mandates
