Opticians 3 is a luxury eyewear boutique with strong roots in the neighborhood for over 30 years. We are part of a nationwide leading optical retailer with roots all throughout the country.

We are rebuilding this team and looking for top talent and go getters. This is a unique opportunity! We have gone through some changes in the past few years. We are committed to re staffing this boutique with members who are passionate about fashion & eyewear, and who share a drive to deliver the best client services in the industry. Basic qualifications:

• Massachusetts Ophthalmic Dispensing preferred
• Strong organizing skills
• Skilled in luxury Sales
• Basic knowledge of Excel a PLUS!
• Self-motivated with a drive for continual learning and improvement
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and able to work weekends
• Experience or the desire to learn lab processes is a plus

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Custom fitting of glasses based on our extensive frame selections
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and accurately describe features and benefits of our lens selection
• Educate clients on cutting edge technology to meet their visual and lifestyle needs
• Using your optical knowledge to take and record measurements and ensure the finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Dispensing Glasses and Frame adjustments
• Working as a team to accomplish common goals

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
