What you’ll do:
As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of professional Inside Sales Representatives, by implementing sales growth initiatives, providing daily coaching and development, and managing achievement of overall sales budget and objectives. Through leading, coaching, and developing team members, you will concentrate on achievement of sales quotas, and objectives. You will also be monitoring and managing key performance diagnostics. You will assist with staffing plans, conducting interviews, and participating in hiring process/decisions.

Experience:
  • Supervisory experience (2 years required)
  • Outbound Telesales experience preferred
  • Leadership and coaching/development skills
  • Attention to detail Multi tasks priorities with strong follow-through
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma or equivalent

Location & Schedule:
  • Niagara Falls, NY
  • Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm
