Job Description : Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant

Stoneunlimited Kitchen & Bath is expanding our team of design professionals at our showroom in Alpharetta, GA.

We are interviewing for an experienced professional Kitchen and Bathroom design/sales consultants. Sales generation, lead follow-up, relationship building and excellent closing skills are required. Design creation using 2020 design, current industry product knowledge/trends, and ability to oversee projects from the beginning to the end for customer satisfaction is key to this position. Must have the capability to understand and process projects from start to finish utilizing effective organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities :

An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

- 5 + years Sales and Kitchen and Bath Design experience combined

- Experience and Proficiency in 2020 Design is a MUST

- Be highly organized and detailed oriented

- Proficient with designing floor plans, cabinet layout plans and facilitating the ordering process

- Have current industry product knowledge: cabinetry, cabinetry design, counter tops, tile, tile design, basic electrical & plumbing is a PLUS

- Will be able to build a quick rapport with customers and have excellent customer service skills

- Listen to, interact with and anticipate customer’s needs when assessing their kitchen and bath project

- Meet with customers to review designs, make product recommendations/selections and build anticipation and excitement for their remodel.

- Sales generation, lead follow-up, relationship building, excellent closing skills and follow through are REQUIRED.
