Our Industrial Refrigeration Service Account Manager will:
Be the internal expertise on Industrial Refrigeration Service and develop the IR Service Field Technicians with your technical advice and guidance.
Utilize your knowledge of external market conditions and partner with Labor Management to attract and maintain the skilled technicians we rely on.
Identify the potential opportunities with existing and new customers and capitalize with sales support and top level account management
Partner with engineering and other departmenst to ensure project progresses on schedule, per relevant specifications and standards, and within prescribed budget, with quality Corval workmanship.
Tackle complex estimates and present proposals or contracts with all the buying influences, negotiating scope of the agreement.
Be an essential team player that coordinates information and activities across both internal and external stakeholders
Our Industrial Refrigeration Service Account Manager experience and skills will be:
- 5 years professional career / field experience, including relevant experience in IR service related work
- Preferred active member in RETA; CIRO Certified, CRST Certified or within path to obtain certification
- Proficient in IIAR standards for inspections, testing, and maintenance as well as startup and commissioning
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
