Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of outbound collection calls
• Negotiate and secure payment arrangements on delinquent debt
• Meet monthly performance expectations while remaining compliant
• Be receptive and responsive to feedback and coaching

• Previous collections experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
