Position Title: Business Growth Coach

About the Company: We are a national residential property management franchise company. Our business is in becoming the landlords for property owners, so they can sit back and enjoy owning a property without having to deal with the tenants, toilets, and troubles. We started managing properties in 2007 and franchised in 2014. We have amazing franchisees who are like family to us. About the Position:

We are looking for someone with experience in growing and developing a property management company. Someone who has come from within the residential, single-family home rental management space that is looking to advance their career into a coaching role for our franchisees.

Do you love property management, but are tired of managing the owners and tenant challenges? This is perfect for you!

We have big growth goals as a network, comprising the goals of each franchise location. Your objective is to work with them in accomplishing their goals of unit growth, revenue growth, and profitability.

We have a lot of support for them which will continue on. We need a coach that will inspire them, help them through the challenges, light a fire under them, and lead them to success. It’s important for you to develop rapport and still be able to call them out when they don’t keep commitments. You want them to be inspired by you and walk away from your sessions feeling energized, optimistic, and excited to tackle the challenges at hand.

This is an inspiring role and one that brings great fulfillment as you see franchisees win and succeed!

This position will require you to be involved in monthly in-person new franchisee training weeks and discovery days (where new franchise candidates come to evaluate the opportunity) in our office in Midvale, UT. The position will allow you to work from home as well. A hybrid flexible environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience showing direct involvement in the growth of a residential property management company
  • Must have a private home workspace with high-speed internet
  • An ability to prioritize, find problems and challenges, resolve complex situations, and solve problems effectively and autonomously.
  • An ability to thrive on a team and on your own.
  • An ability to resolve conflict and build relationships through bridging gaps of misunderstanding.
  • An ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • An ability to properly set expectations, and to deliver and hold others accountable for those expectations.
  • Proficient with internet-based applications, Microsoft Office, and GoogleDocs based applications.

Preferred, not required:

  • Experience as a coach or consultant
  • Experience and fluency with Appfolio
  • Experience and fluency with LeadSimple CRM
