Qualifications, valid driver’s license, pass a drug test and a brackground check, over the age of 18

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to.

The ability to multi task.

Must be efficient with computers.

Taking inbound calls.

Setting appointments.

Routing inbound calls and appointments to the correct employee.

Making 110 plus outbound calls per day .

Demonstrate excellent customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about the Customer concerns.

Promote Teamwork to deliver on time and accurate customer care during all operating hours.

Participates in training, following safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.

Our in house training program will take you from starting as a BDC agent all the way up to the highest position in the Accounting Department, or on our Service Drive Team

$40,000-$80,000

Service Advisor

$50,000-$150,000

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
