What You'll Be Doing:*

  • First point of contact for our current IT Managed Services clients. You'll be assigned a list of current clients, this is not a technical role and there is no net new customer prospecting.
  • Handling the hardware/services sales cycle of existing clients from start to finish and working with businesses in various verticals.
  • Drive consistent sales each month by upgrading current client IT hardware/services as needed by utilizing our highly developed CRM and internal databases.
  • Via formal account reviews, you will build and professionally present 1-5 year budget plans for your clients to help them manage their IT decisions.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client reviews and account management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills. In person, on the phone and MS Teams formats.
  • Strong customer service skills. Customer first mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills. In person as well as remotely via Teams, etc.
  • Highly organized and high sense of urgency. You can "think on your feet" well.
  • Ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle and close them efficiently.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to learn and explain new technology as it changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
