We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Dever Colorado commercial sales team. We are a growing, innovative company with opportunities for advancement! The ideal candidate will thrive working with a team in a fast-paced environment!

The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role will be fundamental in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

The day-to-day:

• Handle cash transactions with customers
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change tickets.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.
• work closely with the warehouse and sales team so that orders are processed flawlessly
• Keep reports of transactions
• New account setup
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven working experience as retail cashier, sales, or other fast-paced customer service positions.
• Basic PC or MAC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Strong Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
• Willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
• Flexibility and positive reaction to change.
• The ability to balance customer service with tasking.
• Sales skills
• Must have reliable transportation.
