ALLO is currently accelerating its growth into new regions within the US. As such, the need for talented business leaders is paramount to achieving its growth and service goals. The Regional Director of Business Sales will develop business sales strategy in partnership with the Arizona and Colorado Regional General Managers to grow and maximize market share across ALLO’s fiber and non- fiber markets. Leading a team of business sales teammates to win business and collaborating with Operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience for the customer will be critical to success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct, monitor and lead the development of regional business sales strategies, business plans, projects and budget in line with overall ALLO strategy.
- Develop, monitor and lead sales performance across Colorado, Arizona and non-fiber markets, adjusting strategy and tactics as needed.
- Propose new initiatives, plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of the Business Sales function.
- Keep abreast with market trends and monitor competitors’ activities.
- Oversee and monitor Business Sales contracts for all products/services.
- Actively engage in building strong relationships with key business partners, while promoting ALLO product offerings and identifying new leads.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods to increase direct sales and business accounts, expand markets and promote business in the regions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic meetings with sales associates to follow up smooth running of activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions.
Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $104,000 - $145,000 per year. Base pay may vary based on experience. This role will qualify for a variable compensation plan.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
- Additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 to 12 years’ experience in Business Sales including 3 years of experience in a senior management role within Business Sales.
- Telecom/ISP/Networking experience is required.
