Grand Design Solar is looking for ambitious and qualified Energy Consultants/Sales Representatives to join our sales team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for customer acquisition of residential homeowners, presenting and explaining the environmental and financial benefits of powering their home by renewable energy (solar), and maintaining customer relations as you oversee their account.
You will be interacting directly with consumers to best understand how to build value and customize the service to their individual needs. You will be proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase your portfolio. You will use the latest technology to assist with enhancing our customer engagement experience. You will build a rapport with customers while retaining product knowledge and closing sales in a field environment.

A candidate who is a self-starter and thrives in a competitive environment. A Sales Rep that believes in ABC. This role requires someone who makes a great first impression and loves helping people. You must be able to think quickly on your feet and identify solutions taught in training to help solve customer problems.

- Solar Sales experience or other sales experience preferred
- Consultative and in-home selling experience preferred
- Ability to use and manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Confidence in a fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- AVERAGE First Year Sales Reps Makes $125-$175K+. Seasoned veterans average $200K+
- Performance-Based Commission Pay
- Potential to earn as much as you want with UNCAPPED Commissions
- Average $2,400+ Per Sale (Average Sales Reps Typically Sell 2-3 Deals a Week)
- Competitions/Incentives
- Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses
