BJs Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc is looking for a career minded, team manager to run and manage a portfolio of clients within a multimillion Landscape operation that is looking to grow the business.

Full time salaried position $50,000 to $60,000 with potential to earn more depending upon experience.

• Responsible for growing the business through sales to new clients and enhancements to existing clients.
• Corordinates labor, equipment, and materials with production manager to ensure completion of work is within budget, safety guidelines, and quality.
• Promotes growth and development of field staff and works closely with production manager.
• Promotes a team atmosphere and lends support to other divisions and operational activities for the entire company.
• Must have job skills, leadership skills, management skills, and knowledge of the landscape industry.

• Expected to be at work at 7AM till crews return Monday through Friday and work on Saturdays during season

Landscape Account Manager of multimillion company with 3 or more years preferred

Job Duties:

• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
• Meet monthly quotas
• Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
• Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
