Main Responsibilities:

This position will be focused on selling season tickets and PSL’s to various lead campaigns assigned in CRM.
Set and conduct virtual and in-person appointments with leads in pipeline in order to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Educate future buyers on our many price points, available locations, and corresponding member benefits to secure new business.
Effectively and efficiently manage a sales pipeline of both consumers and businesses through a customer relationship management system.
The candidate will be held accountable to meet and exceed set levels of productivity metrics (calls and emails) to drive the sale of season tickets and achieve seat and revenue goals.
Become a consistent producer on the ticket sales team and take on additional opportunities to expand the role when possible.
Be present and highly engaged in all ticketing meetings and voice feedback to the staff.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
One (1) year of prior sports/industry or equivalent sales experience is strongly preferred.
Candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skill to effectively manage working a large volume of prospects.
Candidate should have an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.
Candidate should have exemplary personal and communication skills to conduct sales meetings and participate in staff meetings.
Candidate should possess the confidence, knowledge, and experience to perform at a high-level each day.
Previous working experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.
Candidate must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and possess a strong desire to excel in a career within the professional sports industry.
