Outside Sales Manager:

• Earn from $81,000 - $200,000 per year

Our outside sales manager is a crucial part of our team. We are seeking the very best person to lead our energetic team of sales professionals. The busiest part of our year is around the corner and we need strong leadership to build around! The sales manager role has tons of potential for promotion and growth, especially as we plan on expanding into multiple new markets over the course of the next 24 months. We already have the best reputation in the market with our customers, now we are seeking the leadership to match.

The outside sales manager will be responsible for the following:

• Door-to-Door Sales
• Daily/Weekly trainings in-office
• Shadowing reps in the field
• Ideally leading the team in overall production
• Tracking team stats and KPIs
• Conducting themselves in alignment with our PURE values
• Ensuring all internal processes are being followed by team members
• Taking ownership of the teams results as well as your own
• Having Fun

Our ideal manager fits the following criteria:

• Sales Experience - 4 Years
• Leadership Experience - 2 years
• Must be in good physical condition
• High Motor
• Positive mental attitude
• Self-learner
• High integrity

This will be a very competitive application process as we only want the VERY BEST to lead our team in the right direction. Whoever we bring on the team can expect to be supported and given any necessary resources to be successful. This is a door-to-door focused position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 - $213,455.00 per year
