Location: 505 Aero Drive, Suite 2, Cheektowaga, NY 17225

Our Project Estimators provide estimating and full sales support to projects, review all plans and specifications, calculate square footage takeoffs from blueprints and drawings, create estimates, review quotes and follow-up on contract set-ups. Internally, we call this position Estimator and Sales Support

What you'll be doing:

• Review all paperwork, provide breakdowns from blueprints, and create pricing estimates on projects.
• Create and build long-term relationships with customers and installers.
• Handle customer requests, such as sending out samples, submittals, and product information.
• Work closely with Technical Sales and Order Processing Supervisor for purchase orders and material breakdowns on their jobs.
• Minimal travel to attend a national trade show and visit job sites.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints preferred, but we can completely train you!
