Johnstone Supply is on the hunt for a self-motivated and energetic to fill our full-time Counter Sales Representative / CSR role at our Pelham, AL store. We are looking for someone who can be a strong first point-of-contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone, and match our products to their needs in order to provide top-notch customer service. In this full-time position, you can expect to work a typical schedule of Mon-Fri from 8 am to 5 pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COUNTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE / CSR

Being the point-of-contact for our customers, you help supply the needs of our HVAC contractors over the phone and in-person to help meet their business needs. You receive orders, enter them into our POS, and pull products for delivery or for immediate take home. When necessary, you operate a forklift, but don't worry, we will train you on everything, so you feel confident and safe!

In this role, you see every opportunity to learn and grow in your knowledge of the HVAC industry. You know that your competent understanding ultimately helps us meet our customers' needs by pairing them with the parts and supplies they need for their businesses. Each day is different, and you enjoy meeting new people!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Can physically move and lift product
• Basic computer and phone skills
