Regional Field Sales Manager
This position is for a Regional Field Sales Manager (remote) for ADT Smart Home Security. The ideal candidate will have track record of high success in the security sales industry. They will be proficient in self generating sales and closing techniques.
We will provide the training, tools, and support system necessary for success if you provide the work ethic!
Schedule starting out: Monday – Friday 10AM – 7PM with an hour lunch; Saturday 10AM – 3PM
Income opportunity: Base Salary, individual/team commissions, and monthly/quarterly bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers at their home utilizing company provided leads
- Entrepreneurial lead generation - Ability to self-generate business leads through creative, traditional and social media marketing
- Perseverance and productivity - overcome challenges and close the sale
- Account and time management -manage a customer pipeline
- Track all sales representative activities in your Market to ensure the sales team is highly engaged in sales activities.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of candidate prospects for future hiring.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Contacting customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects
- Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques
- Host daily meetings with sales teams to motivate and educate.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electronic security sales with a track record of success
- Ability to self-generate leads
- Confidence in the ability to initiate contact with company-provided leads
- Ability to build rapport with new homeowners during residential sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
