With our 30 years experience in LED lighting, we offer unique lighting solutions to Grocery Stores, Retail Stores, Retail Display, Hospitality Applications and other Commercial and Industrial Environments.

Responsibilities

• Daily service to existing customers.
• Order management
• Resolving customer complaints, billing issues, questions and concerns
• Custom project management
• Work closely with outside sales teams and internal team members to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

Education

• University, College Diploma/Degree

Qualifications

• 2+ Years Account Manage experience
• Ability to represent company in a professional manner as needed
• A design background – advertising, graphic design, marketing (nice to have)

Skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on numerous projects
• Ability to effectively work under short deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Well-organized and able to maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,446.45 - $92,810.84 per year
