Strike Visuals in Centerville, Utah seeks a full-time outside sales rep. Looking for candidates who are driven, have a passion for hard work, have proven sales experience. We’re picky though. We don’t want a robot with no personality or someone who is just punching the clock in and out. We’re a small company and so essentially we’re family. For real, we’re going to spending 8 hours a day with you, and you with us, so we need someone that’s more than a wet bed sheet willing to do the work. We want someone fun, happy, and willing to have a laugh with us throughout the day. Are you going to work hard, of course. But will you dread having to come into work Sunday evening, not likely.

A quick bit about us (Strike Visuals) - we sell trade show exhibit products and outdoor event products. Not the most exciting products in the world, but don’t let that fool you. We crush it with those products. Our customers love us. We also get to work with awesome outdoor companies and lifestyle brands. Also, we’re small but growing rapidly. Additionally, every employee in the company gets a bonus when we hit sales goals because it truly takes our whole team to make the wheels go around. And with our growth, most months are bonus months. Lastly, we like to promote our own employees. Hiring new people is risky, so if we can promote someone who we already know is a team player and gets the job done, we’ll take that path 10 times out of 10 if it fits. We believe lack-luster people call this “growth opportunities from within”.

Now for some of the nitty gritty. We’re located in Centerville, Utah. This job is full time, salary (see range below). Listed are a few baseline skills/tasks you’ll be doing, but like we mentioned earlier, we want a thinker, not a robot.

- B2B sales experience and successful track record

- Attend trade and industry shows

- Outbound sales phone calling & in-person efforts

- Travel ~3-7 days monthly

- Compensation is a base plus commission at an industry competitive rate
