Now Hiring - Field Inspector- Acquisitions in Dunwoody, GA

High-volume Real estate investment company is searching for a detailed and proactive Field Inspector to assist in the growth of our company in the DFW and surrounding areas. A strong ability to problem solve, manage multiple tasks at once, as well as receive direction from multiple team members is a must. An Inspector and/or Real Estate license is required for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties: - Walk properties to confirm the condition of the home - Take photos and document all walkthroughs. - Set lock boxes and keys at new listings. - Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. - Performs other duties as assigned including administrative tasks. - Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Qualifications and Skills: - Attention to detail is necessary - Time Management is key to this position - Independent, self-reliant, able to problem solve and multi-task - Able to drive to multiple locations on a daily basis - Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor - Organized and able to manage time and schedule effectively - Able to communicate clearly, effectively with tenants and team members - Inspector and/or Real Estate license is required - Valid Driver's License is required - High School diploma or GED equivalent required - 1+ years experience with walking properties - Experience with MLS, Propertyware, and Rently is preferred, but not required Job Type: Full-time Hours: 8am - 5pm Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
