JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Property/Account Manager Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

California Department of Real Estate Salesperson’s License. At least 2 years work experience as a Property/Account Manager. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to deal with high-stress situations. Multi-tasking skills. Computer skills, including typing, using Microsoft Office software and email.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Appfolio Property Management software a plus.

Overall Role:

Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so each is successful.

Job Duties:

• Review rental terms with Tenants and ensure they remain compliant with terms
• Advertise properties for rent
• Review rental applications with Property Owners
• Review monthly statements and cash flow reports with Property Owners
• Monitor rents received
• Serve 30 and 60 day notices to Tenants when necessary
• Initiate evictions via attorney
• Appear in Court when necessary
• Send work order requests for repairs to Maintenance Coordinator to order repairs
• Move In and Move Out inspections
• Prepare security deposit transmittals
• Prepare annual inspection reports for Property Owners done by others
• Sign up new management clients
• Maintain rapport with One Time Placement Clients
• Review residential account reps/managers delinquent list
• Help account reps/managers with questions
• Train new account reps/managers
• Monitor and help with on call when needed
• Interview new account reps/managers
• Communicate and resolve complaints from customers and/or tenants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
