Position Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations- Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment Compensation & Benefits:- Hourly pay plus monthly bonus- Paid training- Paid Time Off- Dental, Vision, and 401K are available through Employer Group benefits. Employees fully trained on AmFam products and systems may be eligible for work-from-home opportunities. Sales experience and license in Property & Casualty a plus.
