An outstanding candidate will have 3+ years of experience working as a Provider Liaison/Attorney Liaison/Account Executive in the Healthcare industry.
Highly Competitive Base Salary and Commission Structure
Job Summary:
Physician Liaison functions as an Outside Sales role. Primary sales contact in an assigned area for law firms and medical provider referral sources. Selling and marketing healthcare services for personal injury cases. Position requires daily interaction with law firms, attorneys, paralegals and medical provider referral sources.
- 95% out-of-office marketing, conducting liaison, sales and business development activities for SpineCenterAtlanta & Affiliated Companies (SCA).
- 5% of marketing for in-office business development and leadership team meetings and internal marketing activities.
- Up to 75% in-state travel required.
- Territory and campaign management.
- Participation in training workshops, campaign meetings and trade conferences as directed.
- Maintain professional standards in sales and customer relationships.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Develop recommendations for sales and marketing strategy.
- Responsible for generating new business by penetrating existing accounts.
- Interacts effectively with clients to build relationships, anticipate problems before they arise and work out solutions.
- Assist and promote the company at trade shows, marketing events, community events, the annual Georgia Workers’ Compensation meeting and convention; support and participate in the company’s annual events and any other official company sponsored sales and marketing events.
- Coordinates market research, competition, demographics, potential market share, etc.
- Will provide growth of market presence within the surgery center markets
- Execution of identified goals set by the executive team and provides weekly updates
Position Requirements:
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience in the legal industry or a healthcare B2B environment
- Sales/Marketing specific background and education with focus on consultative selling
- Must be a high caliber professional who is an effective communicator, extremely detailed oriented with strong follow-through
- Upbeat, self-motivated individual who is able to achieve and maintain established goals
- Must be an exceptional listener, with proven problem solving skills to diversified issues and situations
- Valid Driver’s License, clean motor vehicle record and car insurance required
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
