Grace Maintenance MEP Service is currently looking for an HVAC Sales Representative to join out team! Sales experience needed but does not have to be experience in HVAC! An HVAC sales job involves building positive relationship with customers, closing deals, getting new sales lead, developing new accounts and making a positive impact in a company. An HVAC sales person is responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs. An HVAC sales person estimates, bids and negotiates projects; performs heat loss and heat gain load calculations; lays-out and designs HVAC systems and has to show confidence in the product. PAID trainings will be provided, then draw against commission.

An HVAC sales person must be a good negotiator and have proven skills at identifying new sales opportunities and closing sales. An HVAC sales person must be goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic, and must have a genuine empathy for customers along with willingness to help others.

Qualifications

• Heating and Cooling industry experience preferred, not required
• Inside-Home trades sales experience REQUIRED
• Willingness to put in late hours and weekends when needed
• Bi-lingual Sales Rep is PREFERRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $135,184.02 per year
