The Job
- Creatively Source and Generate Leads to Qualify Prospects.
- Actively Develop and Manage an Extensive Pipeline of Qualified Prospects.
- Solicit and Cultivate Relationships to Generate Profitable Business Opportunities
- Proactively Service and Manage Customer Base of 30-40 Accounts
- Collaborate with Team on Costs, Opportunities and Market Dynamics
- Represent our Culture of Integrity, Attitude and Dependability.
The Compensation
- $52,000 - $56,000 Base Salary.
- Uncapped Earning Potential May Exceed $150,000 Annually.
- 33% Gross Profit Commission, Based on Profit Level.
- Annual profit sharing.
- Company paid Health, Vision & Dental Insurance.
- Company Matching Simple IRA.
- 14 days PTO, 5 sick days plus 8 Holidays annually.
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent discipline.
- 1 year B2B Sales Experience including cold calling prospects.
- Solid Work History with Strong Work Ethic and Highly Dependable.
- Demonstrated Problem Solving and Decision-Making Ability.
- Excellent Communication and Telephone Skills.
- Effective Organizational and Multitasking Ability, Focused Attention to Detail.
- Computer Proficiency: MS Office, Database Apps, Digital Filing.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
