Job Title: Full-Time Sales Associate (30-40 hours / week)

Overview: The Sales Associate role is responsible for running all “front of house” fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on a premier customer experience, as well as meeting sales expectations. Sales Associates are responsible for membership sales, maintaining premier customer experience levels, and contacting prospective members until they join.

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for conducting a minimum of 50 calls per shift to prospective members
• Works closely with Coaches to provide a premier experience for our members (introducing new members, celebrating milestones, etc.)
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF workshops, monthly marketing events, and weekly team meetings.
• Handle and resolve client account concerns/questions in a respectful and timely manner (within 24 hours)
• Greet, check in, and assign members starting positions before each class
• Responsible for contributing to your studios monthly self-generated lead goal

Job Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience
• Be able to troubleshoot studio operations (technology, equipment, member accounts, etc.)
• Be a problem solver and advocate for a solution for members and the business
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to balance and excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Currently maintaining a healthy fitness and wellness regimen
• High school diploma and/or GED, college experience required
• Collaborates well with others
• Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend hours, marketing and weekend events as needed

Shifts available:

• Weekdays: 4:30am-12:30pm, 8am-2pm, 12:30pm-7pm
• Weekends: 7am-12pm, 8am-12pm
• *end times for morning shifts & start times for evening shifts are flexible.

Compensation: $12-$15/hour + individual monthly commission, OTF Premier Membership, health benefits available
