• Identify opportunities and institute best practices in the customer service processes.
• Managing day to day operations with orders and shipments
• Sales Order Entry
• Invoicing in EDI
• Managing day to day operations as a Front Desk Executive
• Providing excellent and clear communication to our buyers including written and verbal
• Patience, empathy and professionalism
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software
• Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Assist scheduling pickup appointments when needed
• Key point of contact with our internal sales representatives
• Filing or paperwork, answering phones, and distributing of mail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
