Frugal Kitchens and Cabinets is looking for creative and motivated individuals for an inside sales position at our showroom in Roswell Georgia. You will guide customers step-by-step through the sales and design process of making their old kitchen into a dream kitchen using cutting edge software and sales tools.

Job Description:

• Must meet or exceed all assigned sales objectives, targets and/or quotas.
• Able to articulate Frugal Kitchens' value proposition accurately and consistently.
• Must be able to explain each step of the Frugal Kitchens project flowchart
• Use Frugal Kitchens' software for all projects, consistently.
• Able to give a selling presentation of Frugal Kitchens in compliance with established best practices.
• All appointments must be accounted for in Frugal Kitchens' management software.
• Requires working in showroom, customer homes and Saturdays
• Opening, closing of the showrooms
• Willing to learn and be trained on our designer software for cabinetry design.
• This is a commission based position

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Proven record of sales experience.
• Able to use 20/20 or ProKitchen software
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Establish & manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve results
• Exhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
• Ability to master new systems

Income range — $40,000 to $60,000 per year.
