Your Responsibilities
- Cross-sells credit union products and services to encourage a full-financial relationship with the credit union.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively within multiple channels of inquiries
- Plays an important role within CU lending. Utilizes CU lending guidelines and weighs CU risk when making lending decisions.
- Works in conjunction with other business partners (Underwriting, Consumer Lending and Loan Servicing) to ensure we adhere to all established Federal regulatory guidelines
- Advises and assists members in making informed decisions regarding their accounts.
- Adheres to the philosophy and mission of the credit union in actions and communications.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
- High school graduate or GED
- Basic computer operating skills. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Training is 8 Weeks Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm
- Specific criteria must be met in order to work from home-Minimal Tech Requirements: Internet Download Speed 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed 10 Megabytes, a fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service is required for your internet connection. Please note, dial up, satellite and fixed wireless internet service providers are not adequate to support work from home use.
