Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary:
Manages the service or sale of a portfolio of accounts. Estimates and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Identifies and contacts potential new customers and handles their individual needs. Develops positive relationships and keeps in contact with clients, answers their questions, and resolves conflicts and provides solutions to issues that arise.
Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Sets and tracks sales account targets, keeping aligned with company objectives.
Interprets accounts and records to management. May be responsible for sales budget.
May attend trade shows and conferences.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Five (5) years’ sales experience.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior retail account management in a specialty food service business or restaurant.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
