FX Logistics, LLC, a transportation logistics company located near Gainesville, GA, is currently searching for an Experienced Logistics Account Manager. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts. We are looking for applicants who are motivated to expand their career and get involved in a fast-growing company that rewards creative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. FX Logistics has employees in roles that support our customers and sales efforts along with a technology platform including integrated GPS on brokered trucks that enable us to compete with the largest competitors in the industry including asset operations. While the required work schedule typically lies within a standard work week, our company has significant additional business in the fourth quarter every year so the candidate must be flexible in order to support the executive team and operations during this time.

In your role as an Account Manager, you will work with a close knit team to create and grow customer relationships, analyze customer shipping and receiving needs and develop logistic solutions. Negotiate and set up rates with customers, organize freight procurement while extending customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Build customer relationships over the telephone and by email
· Coordinate and evaluate program activities designed to provide customers with transportation services
· Negotiate and set up comparable, profitable rates with customers
· Develop and expand customer base to meet with projected growth and goals
· Manage customer affairs including files, sales reports, rate quotations and all correspondence
· Provide excellent customer service
